Rewriting the Online Experience

As one of the largest distributors of infant and children’s accessories in North America, Goldbug had the history, reach, and trust—but needed a digital experience to match. The brand came to us with a clear mission: create a more intentional, streamlined ecommerce site that could support both sales growth and operational ease. We kicked off with discovery and strategy, unpacking user behavior, internal goals, and brand values to build a roadmap tailored to what modern families expect online.

Built for Busy Parents (and Busy Teams)

We designed a user-friendly experience rooted in warmth, clarity, and calm—reflecting the trust Goldbug has built over 55 years. Our work included content strategy and copywriting, full-page Shopify UX design, and backend planning to support fulfillment, inventory, and conversion. Every element—imagery, messaging, layouts—was designed to make things easier, not louder. And while parents get a seamless path to shop, the internal team gets a system that’s clean, scalable, and easy to manage.

From thoughtful content and SEO to backend structure and brand presentation, everything was created to support growth across platforms and partners. With the new Shopify site live, Goldbug is better positioned to connect with today’s families—and keep showing up as the brand parents trust most.
